Feeling sluggish from the Winter Blues? Or maybe you are worried about catching the winter flu? Now is the time to boost your immune system and take back control in your life!  Taiko is a great way to keep the brain active while up your fitness level - many research has proven that drumming helps to relief anxiety and depression which often associated with the winter months, and drumming up a sweat will also help to boost the immune system!

This Introduction to Taiko Course is a perfect way to get some exercise into your weekly routine while learning something new.  The class will take you through the fundamentals of playing taiko such as basic striking technique, stance and movement as well as build awareness of ensemble playing skills. Each class is 90 min long and run once a week.
